About JP Banking Solutions
JP Banking Solutions was founded in August 2006 by
co-directors Mark Johns and Lola Puddephatt.
The objective was to develop a specialist banking recruitment
consultancy to operate in niche areas within the banking
sector. Key areas of focus include Corporate, Commercial
and Relationship Banking, Asset/Sales financing, Specialist,
Risk and Retail Banking.
We offer bespoke solutions to our clients which primarily
include executive search and contingency based selection.
Operating from our Sussex base, first hand industry
knowledge has led to a strong understanding of the roles
for which we recruit. We work hard to guarantee a positive
experience for both clients and candidates alike.
