Working closely with our clients and utilising our market contacts, we thoroughly screen individuals for their suitability for particular roles.

Contingency Based

This solution potentially offers a quick turnaround if a candidate with the relevant skill set is known and available to JP Banking Solutions.

We recommend Contingency Searches (searches paid on successful placement only) in many cases where the requirements are generic and the pool of candidates large. This is a more general strategy that includes a database search and advertising on various job boards.

We gather information from candidates regarding overall job performance, skills, technical ability and any other areas that may be relevant to their experience and background.

Our system and processes allow us to offer an efficient and consistent service for these searches. We spend more time working with candidates than most recruitment firms.
