Mark is Director and co-founder of JP Banking Solutions. His experience stretches across the banking and recruitment sectors. Having started his career in retail banking he subsequently moved into corporate banking at Barclays Bank PLC. From there he moved to a national recruitment firm and demonstrated his talent by building out a specialist banking division from a standing start. Mark prides himself on the strength and depth of the relationships he continues to build in the market.

Lola is a senior recruitment professional with 20 years’ experience in the industry. Her experience ranges from retained assignments to contingent search and volume recruitment. Having previously worked at director level for a national recruitment firm running teams across the UK, she is now joint owner and operator at JP Banking Solutions. Lola places the client at the centre of everything she does.

Darren is a member of the senior management team at JP Banking Solutions. He has significant experience in banking, real estate and early stage businesses. A qualified banker, he is the former Managing Director of Business & Commercial Banking at Metro Bank, Head of Corporate Banking for HBOS in London and CEO of a mezzanine finance business. Darren undertakes Non Executive Director responsibilities and is primarily focussed on driving strategy and business development across our key practice areas.
